@ Aldrien: can it be, that you are talking about UWZ instead of 2nd ed?

@BlackICE:
Well, I for myself have to agree with UraYagyu.... the Eradicator is
definitely underprized. For several reasons:
1) It has nearly the same stats as the Mishiman Dragonbike. The only main difference in the armament is that the Deathdroid has a phosphor cannon, the dragonbike has a mounted HMG instead. What the Eradicator lacks in range though, that difference is more than compensated through the fact, that the cannon is a template weapon, so it can terminate even a whole squad with just
one hit! And additionally it gives a 11(x2) damage (even at long range)! So its a very, very deadly weapon compared to the dragonbike. And to make things even worse: The Deathdroid has a weapon immunity of 10 - but the weapon immunity of the dragonbike is just 5!! But now the best at the end: the Deathdroid costs just
123 points, but the Dragonbike costs
136 points!!!! This is ridiculous!!!

2) GT-Offroad from Bauhaus: though its an open vehicle, there is the chance to hit the driver or gunner (20% chance, both have just 1 wound) and therefore eliminate the whole vehicle (if just the gunner is hit, the vehicle cant fire anymore, if the driver is hit, the vehicle becomes static and just has a 90° fire arc in front of the vehicle), the Deathdroid has no driver (you have to eliminate the whole vehicle
with all the 6 wounds). Also the GT-Offroad has just one weapon system (mounted HMG), the Deathdroid has 3!!! The Offroad has just 5 wounds, the Deathdroid has 6!!! BUT: the Offroad costs
159 points, the Deathdroid just
123!!!

3) Hurricane walker: the same as for the GT-Offroad - just one weapon system (mounted HMG), the Deathdroid has 3!!! Also the HMG is a normal weapon, but the phosphor cannon of the Deathdroid has
Anti-Tank-capability! And the rocket launcher of the Deathdroid has the ability, that if it hits a figure, than the figure starts to burn and has to roll repeatedly for damage unless it rolls either a success (and is saved) or fails until it dies. So, the walker is a little bit cheaper (114 points) compared to the Deathdroid, but it has not half of its firepower - 9 points difference is no relation to the effectivness and deadliness of the Eradicator in the game. On the other hand the Rams Air Cavalry: No weapon immunity, a armory of 10, twin rocket launchers with a near-to-zero-chance to hit and just 1 (!!) wound - and the cost is
108 points!!!

No, Black Ice - this figure is definitely overpowered and underprized. Read the books first (especially a little bit more critical and careful than you did before and mostly self-critical the part of Cybertronic), maybe this will change your mind.
Fiat iustitia.
